After 21 years of making fresh pasta in one location, owners Tim & Colleen Holmes ventured out to Clifton Park, NY with Wheatfields Bistro & Wine Bar. Wheatfields continues to make close to twenty shapes and flavors of pasta daily. Our menu offers a wide variety of vegetarian, beef, seafood, chicken and signature dishes.
